Diabetic Clinic

Diabetes is a serious life-long health condition that occurs when the amount of glucose (sugar) in the blood is too high because the body can’t use it properly. If left untreated, high blood glucose levels can cause serious health complications. Effective diabetes care can only be achieved through working closely with your diabetes healthcare team – they are there to support you in self-managing your diabetes.

Nurse Hazel Donnelly is responsible for monitoring pre and existing diabetic patient care in conjunction with the GPs.

Clinics are held by appointment only every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning from 9.00 - 11.30 am
